Received flowers from my husband, he chose the flowers based on the teleflora image. Arrangement was filled with filler flowers, carnations and alstroemerias, rather than the roses and lillies in the online image. The roses that were in the arrangement were already fully opened and by the second day drooping. My husband called to complain, and Carol said they stand by the product delivered. I will post comparison pictures. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and value for $60 in flowers + delivery.

Extremely accommodating. Ordered pre-homecoming flowers over the phone for a girls soccer team travelling from Cadillac, MI to Byron Center, MI. The flowers were delivered on a Saturday morning to Brewer Park soccer complex. A nice way to kick-off Homecoming in Cadillac. Thanks-a-million!

The flower arrangements I ordered over the phone for a funeral visitation were gorgeous! Holwerda Florists far exceeded my expectations! Will definately shop here again!

I ordered flowers to reveal my baby's gender to his grandparents since we live so far away. Holwerda did a great job working with me as I was two hours behind them and had an appointment later in the day. The arrangement was GORGEOUS, so affordable, and was delivered within 45 minutes of my call! Thanks for making our long distance reveal so wonderful :)

Excellent Service! Called 3 hours before a funeral to have flowers delivered, they were not even open because of it being a holiday weekend, they still answered their phone and were more than willing to make up an arrangement and deliver it for me. Thank you so much! You have gained a new and loyal customer.
