For nearly three years, I have been working out at this gym on a regular basis. The staff is friendly. Equipment is maintained well. And the gym itself is kept clean. My only complaint would be that the paper towel dispensers are empty quite often. So it can be an adventure finding paper towels here. Other than that, though, it's a good place to exercise.

Have been training here for a couple weeks now. Very nice facility! There's many machines (by muscle group), a large free weight section, and a warm pool and hot tub for after your workout. We got a free assessment and personal training session when we signed up. Our trainers, Kyle and Kayla, were very good with answering all our questions and helping us with training our first day. Also, the personal training has made a 360 since LA hired a new manager, so you won't have to worry about missed appointments or unorganization (some people have experienced this in the past). Overall, a very good gym and love it so far.

Good weights, bikes, treadmills, hot tub, pool, hot sauna, and exercise class room. Not so great basketball court. Not very big. The house balls are almost worthless as well. Overall good gym for the price. Also wish the kids hours was longer on the weekends and gym hours longer on the weekends as well.

They are liers No1. If you go with some personal training sessions , they will give you a contract for 6 months and they wont tell you that the contract renews automaticly. Even if you change your card , your credit card company will give them your credit card information. If you dont like your personal training, go and cancell it maybe you will have argue with them. YOU MUST COME IN PERSON TO CANCELL IT BE CAREFULL WHAT YOU SIGN HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE SO SNEAKY. Dirty, dirty , dirty They dont clean it very well. I got a bacteria here and got into ER because of it.

Probably one of the worst salesy place I’ve ever been. The sales guy was using techniques that you’d expect from a used car salesman from the 80s. The guy couldn’t even answer basic questions about the gym. Manager ended up following me into the parking lot to convince me to stay after I complained about the first guy. Don’t pay more than $20 a month, with zero down. Or just don’t go here at all.
