Roncari Valet Parking

I have been using the Parking Spot @ BDL in Windsor Locks on a bi-monthly basis if not more for frequent travels. They are fairly priced, easy to navigate, and have excellent customer service. They make flying much less stressful with the quick and easy valet drop off and retrieval. The staff and shuttles are always prompt and quickly get you to your departure gate! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes....often zero wait time. When your incoming flight arrives, you tap a button on the app and the valet will have your car ready and warmed up for you when you return. The shuttle is always there waiting/ or if your flight is super late- a quick touch button away. Recently, Angela, one of the managers, assisted me with trouble shooting an issue that I had and supported a favorable resolution. An awesome resource!

Great service in every way. One trip I forgot to put my driver's side window down and they taped some plastic film over it to protect my car. Shuttles are frequent and fast, and drivers are polite. I don't plan on getting parking anywhere else while I'm in the area.

The Parking Spot team makes the "parking at the airport" part of air travel wonderfully easy and pleasant! We had excellent and fast service from the time we arrived to drop off our car, to the time we returned to get it. All aspects of the valet parking operation ran smoothly and efficiently. Couldn't be happier! So many other sources of travel frustration these days - but the Parking Spot is not one of them!!

Really impressed with the professionalism, politeness, and promptness of the staff and services. We were picked up right away, treated with respect, and arrived for our flight with plenty of time. Upon being picked up, we received the exact same level of service and courtesy. We were taken right to our car without hassle. So impressed and we look forward to using Parking Spot every time we fly.

Great service from the friendly drivers. We were pick up from our parking spot immediately, provided with a written note with our parking location. When we returned, the driver took us straight to our car. App works well for easy entrance and exit. Cold water bottles available by the exit is a very nice touch.

The entire process was simple and smooth. My car was ready when I returned and I only had to wait a few minutes for a pick up. Your staff were all courteous and helpful. I have to say, it was the best experience with a parking facility I've ever had. Well done!

When we arrived the shuttle bus was about to leave but decided to wait for us so that was very considerate of our time. We prepaid so check in and check out was super fast and easy. Also they are very close to the airport so that was a plus. Definitely a great experience.

Shuttle buses available all the time. Even if they are not around, you can notify on your mobile app and they will be there in no time. They provide a courtesy car with your spot number, in case you don’t remember where you parked. You can also reserve, check-in & out with your app. Very convenient!

It's fast and easy to book a parking spot whether it is in the self park or valet lot. The drivers are quick and friendly. The staff at valet are quick and friendly. I especially like in the colder months that my car is already running and warm when I return.

This place was way better when it was Roncari. I waited 10 minutes for the shuttle pickup at the airport today. Due to the wait, shuttle was packed tight. Got back to Valet lot and vehicle was not pulled up, 20 minutes after my receipt was emailed to me. Front desk said they had “20 tickets to pull” hence the delay. No apologies, just too busy to provide good service. Upon finally getting my car, there was an awful air freshener smell. Had to drive home with windows open. Definitely a disappointed customer after getting great service from Roncari.
