Walmart Supercentre

May 24th 2024 at 1pm. I went to the customer service counter to return a birthday gift from my daughter as it was something I could not use. She could Not find the bill. Now I am not sure if the staff in This store all just received bad news, maybe over worked, under staffed, but what ever the reason I myself as a customer didn’t do that to you. The girl at customer service was beyond rude to the point of nasty. I was very polite when I explained my situation, but wow she was nasty. So I kept apologizing to her but no idea what I did wrong. She finished my transaction and I said thank you very much and have a good rest of your day and she actual growled at me! So then I go into the garden centre and I had few questions one young man kept turning away as I was trying to ask for help and the other gentleman my age at firstnHe was put off, but gathered a smile and lead me to the section I needed. Why are the staff in this Walmart this way? This was my worst experience to this level, but I have to honestly say that there have been only 2 staff who are friendly and very helpful on the many times I have gone in. One is the wonderful lady in cosmeticsalso working on this visit and a woman my age in grocery who I try to find for any questions. Obviously your staff are struggling at work and upper management need to identify what is happening and fix the issue so that they actually want to be at work and enjoy their job!

I had a very bad experience. They are profiling the customers. I was looking to buy 5 number of a clearance item, which associates were trying to pick fast for themselves. They told me they can't sell those to me initially, and then they told me they can only sell two. I asked why? Manager told me there is a limit of 2 on this. There was no sign for product limit and a customer bought 3 to 4 just before I went there. I told then they can't have limit on products at their own discretion, this is illegal but Manager didn't listened to me. Store manager was not in store. Pathetic experience

Do not get your passport photos taken here. After the guy took my picture but before he charged me, which is good at least, I was informed that it’s not uncommon for their photos to get rejected by the passport office because they don’t have the proper lighting to make an all white background. They’ll refund you if that happens, but who has time to get turned away by the passport office, get new pics, and go back another day?

I noticed that in the pass year is Hard pressed to find 1 fresh food item that wasn't moldy, rotten or expired , many empty shelves . The staff member i talked to didnt seem to concerned about it. No cell service in or around this location.

Currently at the Walmart, there no prices on the bikes and they are scattered all throughout the halls…haven’t been able to find a single price on anything…absolutely the lazy bunch of employees I’ve ever seen, HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND YHIS LOCATION!
