The Ball family has been servicing Brockville and area for over 55 years. Starting with Morley Ball, then following in his fathers footsteps, Ron Ball took up the trade, who then paved the way for his son Ryan Ball, also currently a part of the business.

Friendly service and great experience overall. I gave these folks a call when I had a furnace issue at a rental property. They very quickly were able to dispatch an HVAC tech to take a look that day. The technician was great to deal with as well, they phoned me to walk me through the problem. 10/10 would recommend.

Curtis has been here before. He is a professional in every respect. A high proficient technician, he was able to assess the furnace and undertake the necessary maintenance in a very efficient manner. He is also very courteous and pleasant, taking the time to explain some of the finer points of the unit with me.  I very much appreciate this and have come to rely on your company as my 'go to' for all my heating and cooling needs. Thank you very much.

My furnace went out and the house was down to 62° on Friday night, so I had to make an after hours emergency call. My call was returned within 20 minutes and the tech Matt told me he had two calls before he could get to me. Within 2 hours, he was here and had the problem diagnosed. He went to the shop, had the part in stock, and returned to install it. My initial call was around 6pm on a Friday night. By 9:30pm my furnace was back up and running. Matt went above and beyond. Very professional and upfront about the after hours rates. If 10 stars was an option, that's what I'd rate my experience with Matt & Ron Ball.

I am not sure why my previous didn't post BUT  once again excellent service. I didn't expect same day service when I called in Christmas eve morning, especially as it didn't seem really urgent ....as far as I know.nThe people are great, always polite and tolerant of looking loos enrolled in YouTube Unversity.
