I signed up with 1Above because of their warranty. I learned why their warranty is so incredible: it is their workmanship. The crew worked very hard, were very polite and professional, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. We were installed in June, with all of the plants in full bloom, and not a single branch was broken. Clean up was incredible, can't find a single nail on the gravel driveway or on the lawn

Very professional 50 year warranty Clean up was excellent not 1 nail or debris to be found. Great crew all in uniform. I would definitely recommend 1 Above Roofing

The team came to check on a small warranty issue and discovered a small issue with the chimney cap. They were not responsible for this yet stepped up and fixed the issue on their own time and dime! Cannot ask for better service than that. Wendy Walton

Very poor customer service. They were fast at giving a quote but the work afterwords took several failed promised dates. They would just not show up or even neglected to call and rescedual. Then they dropped someting off the roof breaking our patio set promised to replace the glass or buy a new one. 7 months later we have yet to see it. Called 3 times mentioning the replacement. They then promised a gift card for home depot. A month later still nothing. I would never recommend this company to anyone very poor service.
