They installed finished in place red oak floors in my master bedroom to match the rest of the flooring in my house. Despite giving them the original stain, the flooring colour did not match, the floor was not level with my existing hall floor, there were dark stain marks throughout the floor, and I even have hair finished right into the floor in places. When I asked about the stain not being dark enough, they said “it will darken down” which it hasn’t in over 2 years and when I called to ask someone to come see about my concerns when it was done, no one returned my calls or followed up.

Owner came and gave us a written quote. After the first day he called to tell us he underestimated the job and it would be an additional $500 to complete the job. Owner was difficult and unprofessional to deal with through the entire process. Be aware when dealing with Brockville Wood Products.
