Not impressed. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. This is the second time I've been in the store in 1 week. There was no greeting either time, none of them were friendly and not even a smile from 3 different people! Do the staff not have any concept whatsoever with regards to customer service? They clearly were not very interested in helping me out with anything. I have no intentions of setting foot in that store again. I will take the take the time to drive somewhere else that actually wants to help customers! They are a very poor representative for Rogers and I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Possibly some of the worst service in stratford, the staff are completely rude and unaccommodating. There have been multiple times now that we have had nothing but problems with this location. A family member went in with intensions of buying a new phone and considering the phone wasn't what the employee thought was a "decent phone" he spoke to her as well as argued in a way that was incredibly demeaning, leaving her no choice but to leave unsatisfied and now is taking her business to kitchener in hopes to find someone that is actually willing to do their job properly. It baffles me how people like this are hired to serve the public when it's clear they don't have any intentions of doing their intended job.
