An amazing old Chicago Bakery. You can buy awesome coffee cakes and donuts, pies ,cakes wedding cakes which could run into hundreds of dollars. If you like Bakery cooked pastries this is a must

Horrible experience! If I could give this a zero star review, I would. I ordered a full pan with a 9" top layer cake to form a large 2 tier cake on 10/08/17. It was scheduled for a 10/28/2017 pick up, on the day of my toddler's birthday party. The cake cost was $199.50 (+$4.49 for tax). After TWO associates calculated the price in front of me, I was told by a MANAGER what to pay as a deposit. Because of the amount the manager told me to deposit (she said, "$40-$50 is all you need"), I put a deposit of $50.00. I came to pick up my cake today and they told me they did not make my cake because I left less money then needed as a deposit! The associate I was with today, told me someone called and left a message on Oct. 24th regarding the cake. I never got message and now I am on a last minute hunt for a cake. They offered me two solutions: 1) a refund of my $40.00 or 2) give me one 9" plain cake from their freezer. I chose the refund because I have a 30-50 people, which a 9" cake will not feed. I am highly disappointed with Roser's customer service, attitude, and lack of a professionalism. I have been a customer since I was around 16 years old in the late '80's. I will never do business with Roser's again. Thank you Roser's for leaving my 3 year old without a cake.

Will never order from here again. I ordered a cake and it was nothing like we discussed. When I called then to tell them they mentioned the design was never as I had asked. They offered to credit me for any future orders, yet when I had finally attempted to use my credit, they said nothing existed under my name and they had no record of anything from the mess up. Very unprofessional after paying 375 for a cake that was half done.

I've been going to roeser's bakery since I was a little kid, the best place to get your cake 4 any occasion. Plain or with fruit filling. The cost is worth it. I truly recommend this bakery.

The Reese's Donuts are to-die-for deliciously Piece of Heaven tasting is so moist and so good hands down roeser's I've been going for over 20 years best place ever just got my daughter's luau cake
