Great place with great food and courteous staff. Nice place to host a party of about 100 guests. Only issue is he place is a bit remote. The place is behind the Chevrolet dealership not directly visible from the main road.
This is a definite bucket list trip! Knowledgeable guides and excellent service! The guides are entertaining and loved the beautiful Rocky Mountains travelling through beautiful British Columbia and Alberta. Travelled in Gold Leaf service - gourmet meals!
A fantastic 100+ years old station building and wonderful attentive staff who are dedicated and kind.
The excitement in the air was electric as everyone awaits the start of a once in a lifetime journey. The entire staff is dedicated to creating a joyful, memorable experience from the moment you arrive at the station. Truly remarkable.
Better to book tour through travel agents than directly : many complaints found on web related to 25% deposit refunds not being returned on direct bookings. On a $8k typical tour that's a lot.
The Station is amazing. It is a great introduction to the Rocky Mountaineer tour of the Rockies
