I used Bolt bus around 6 times. And i have some tips for you. Avoid to seat next to toilet, and make sure your power consent is working. Generally it’s okay, but sometimes you can smell stink whold your trip....
Not as advertised. No bathroom break. Stops that were not on itinerary. Electrical outlets not working. Leather seats torn and shabby. Wifi very weak and slow.
BoltBus worked great for our one-way Seattle to Vancouver trip. The driver was excellent and organized. All ran close to on-time. Great value and a pleasant trip for a bus full of happy and friendly people. Only complaint is the the re-purposing of the BUOF logo...but an honest mistake, I assume!
Terrible experience. On top of arriving late, the bus actually left one of the passengers behind at the border. Lesson learned: pay the extra 10 dollars and take Amtrak.
Cancelled trip without notifying us creating hardship for many as this was the last bus of the night. Never ever again!
My bus driver was very nice for my Vancouver to Bellingham ride. There was wifi but it was so slow you couldn't use it.
