Rockwood Casual Dining

Food was terrible! Was there for well over an hour ... Waited forever for the food to arrive and when you have a 3 year old with you, that hour is an eternity. They blammed it on a new trainee but it wasnt his fault entirely. The kitchen staff play a huge part. The restaurant itself needs some TLC as well ... The paint chipping on all the walls ... In the ladies bathroom .. the ceramic counter top cracked in half ... With duct tape holding a piece of it together .. so ghetto!!!! We had the calimari ... It tasted like to was over deep fried and very salty.. not good could not taste the squid at all. Ordered the sweet potatoe fries for our daughter ... Very salty and burnt ... Not sure what happened to them. I also ordered the chicken quesadilla ... And French onion soup .. they had no salsa for the quesadillas ???? Why not??? And when I took my first bite .. it tasted like it was cooked over dirty oil ... It had a really not so nice taste that stayed with me long after we left. Minimal cheese .. and everything just crumbled out of it due to it being so dry. My husband had the pork souvlaki, which was not bad. The plate was over powered with the Greek salad, more salad than anything. We will not be eating here again.

Good food. Good price. Very close to camp ground so we decided to try it out instead of pizza. Staff were very nice but service was a little slow. Definitely worth going back. Burger was amazing!

Cheese in the greek salad that came with my souvlaki dinner cheese was MOULDY. They brought me a replacement salad with no cheese in it. I didnt want to embarrass them but I did politely ask for some type of compensation when the full bill came. They refused since they felt they had compensated my near-vomit experience with the replacement salad. Unbelievable and absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!! Go anywhere else! You'd be safer eating anything you can find at the gas station out front and you'd probably receive much better treatment!!!
