Angel's Diner

This place might be a decent breakfast joint but they serve some nasty dinners, even by Guelph diner standards. Gravy is disgusting and they cover everything on your plate, so say No to gravy. Expect some very poor quality meat whether you’re ordering a burger, chicken or schnitzel. Even the fries are bad.... how do you mess up frozen fries. Soup is 2 day old Campbell’s and veggies are of the cheap frozen bagged variety. Anything other than a simple breakfast or smoked meat sandwich will leave you feeling ill and full of regret. They obviously don’t make anything, a mixed appetizer platter was purely frozen stuff that was deep fried and served to us. Prices are too high for the rock bottom quality of food served here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Quick service with delicious food. Family atmosphere where wait staff take the time to know repeat customers. Great diner with all day breakfast. Excellent value daily specials. Wonderful diner coffee. At time rest room dirty due to volume of clients . Would most definitely visit again.

Amazing diner, one of my favourite places to go to when I stop I'm Guelph. All day breakfast is amazing, the setting is classic, the servers are quick and courteous, and the prices are very reasonable. Can't think of another diner that I enjoy as much as this, period, let alone in Guelph. Give this place a shot if you haven't yet!

Great atmosphere with a friendly staff. It's a great flash back in time if you want to eat a great breakfast and feel like you are in a 60's diner. Oldies in the background too. Doesn't get any better than this!

Fast, friendly service. Good food, reasonable prices. Lots of parking and comfy booths. It's great. Glad Iwent
