Great location. Beautiful. 3.5hrs north of Toronto. Rustic cabins, with plumbing. Family oriented but great for fishing trips as well. Good fishing.

Rockview cottages has been a great complement to our fishing vacations. This may be just my son and I, or it may involve another father and son, but Rockview is ideal for our needs: - The cottages are clean, comfortable and have everything you might need. Love the beds! - The boats have 25hp motors, electronics, and are well maintained. - Rockview is adjacent to some of the best fishing on Nipissing - walleye, musky, bass, pike. - It's protected in high winds, but has immediate access to "big water" when the winds are favorable. - It has a great family atmosphere - you can safely bring your kids here. - The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. - It's beach and protected swimming make it very kid-friendly. - It provides great value for the money. I recognize that not everyone's needs are the same, but we wouldn't consider looking for another place ... I strongly recommend that you check Rockview out!

I am pleased to see the high standards that have been there back in the late 60' early 70's. This is a clean family based cottage rental community with lots of room to roam. The fishing is fantastic in this area and the owners have very good boats to face the challenges Lake Nipissing can provide. This is the place to stay if you are looking for clean accomodation in a cottage grouping enviornment. For the fishers it is very unlikwly you will not have luck in any speciecies supported by Lake Nipissing.There are many. MUSKIE, Northern pike, Pickeral (view limits) , large & small mouth Bass. - what a fight! There are also great numbers of perch and some of these can be big and well worth preparing for dinner. To keep younger fishers there are sunfish, a bass minisubset.... PLEASE ENJOY YOUR VISIT. THIS PLACE IS A PARADISE - has been since I was able to walk theat farup the road from Four Seasons.
