Greening Bay Cottages & Marina

We just got back from our stay at Greening Bay Cottages. The new owners were fantastic and so hospitable. Very attentive to our needs. The cottage was very well laid out and super clean! The property and view from our cabin was absolutely stunning. We can't wait to go back again. Thank you Tara and Brandon - we will highly recommend to all of our friends and family.

We just came back from there and it is a favorite place of ours. It is gorgeous,great place for kids as the beach is so shallow and the water is nice and warm, and the scenery is spectacular. Everyone is so friendly,, makes you feel at home.. The cottages are equipped with everything you need except linens. Dan and Lynn Barnier are the hosts and are both such great people. Prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend this gem, you will not be disappointed. Would love to add photos but they are on my phone and I am not.

A tad pricey but well worth it, with great amenities, and very accommodating hosts. I took my family consisting of wife, two children, along with my dad. There was an operational playground on-site with lots of toys, and a beach that was very far into the beach. Water was great for swimming too. The cabin I rented was very clean and the it was on a well so the water was drinkable. All-in-all, I'd definitely return to this venue again, especially with my kids as they had an outstanding time.

My husband and I will be staying at Greening Bay again this year for our fifth year in a row. The cottages are clean, the beach amazing and Dan and Lynn are the perfect hosts. It is definitely our happy place!Rooms: 5/5

I am giving this a 4 star I have never actually stayed here, but have been there annually for the last 36 years. The owner is nice and the grounds are well kept. Great dock and amazing shallow, sandy beach that is like bath water. The bay it is in is shallow and sandy, so you can walk out a fair ways before you are even over your head. The sunsets here are superb, and it isn't unheard of to see deer on the grounds or on the beach.

We have been going to Greening Bay ice fishing for several years. Accomodations are great, huts are the best we have been in we have taken trips to Quinte, Kawarthas, Bancroft, etc.. Service and communication has always been excellent. We always catch fish and some years have been better then others but we always get a couple of meals and some take home. In challenging conditions such as years with pressure cracks I have appreciated how they place our safety as their top priority .... even if it meant we could not go out. That year they worked hard to locate an outfitter at a safer location so we could still fish. My group looks forward to the trip north from southern Ontario every year.

5 gents did an ice fishing trip mid February to greening bay and honestly Dan and Lynn are great hosts. It's a great little establishment with warm cottages and good fishing. Thank you again for the weekend!

Very nice ice fishing experience. The owners were ready to help and very polite. The cabin we rent was in good shape, no complains.
