I found a place to remind me of what, Montreal has to offer. I must say that l was delighted to experience a mouth warming, of the finest Montreal Smoked Meat. Cooked and cut fresh right in front of me. The salad bar is nothing but fresh vegetables, full of colour and taste. I was very pleased with the friendly service and the cleanliness of the place. I will be back
Best tasting Brisket EVER. So delicious and filling, eat over lunch and dinner. Fries are the best, not dry at all. Loved the picked added in. Burger is juicy and huge. Kids loved their meal too. Will definitely be back.
Salad was great, smoked meat sandwich was great! However, the poutine had the fries fried in a very old oil, the poutine itself was barely warm and the cheese was almost frozen. I thought that would be it in getting disappointed, but when I used the washroom to wash my hands, I was discussed by the dirt and how many mosquitoes where there.
Delicious sandwiches and fries! I've dined in, back when it was possible, and ordered take out. I recommend it! The sandwich is packed with delicious meat, and their fries are equally delicious.
This place is by far the best burger place I have been to. I had the Rock N’ Deli Burger, the portions are HUGE and the food tastes amazing. Will definitely tell people about this place. On the plus side EVERYTHING is HALAL and the service was really good, friendly people!
I thought of giving it a try given good rating but extremely disappointing experience. The fries were cold, old, and all broken. Same for poutine Sandwiches were okaish. The only good item was philly steak. I am assuming it was an odd day but will not rey again. Wasted 80 dollars
First time trying this place out. I ordered a MTL smoked meat sandwich. Lots of flavour, the meat had a good soft texture. They have done a good job at picking out the bread as well. Little bit of overkill with the fries. Good for those that love fries. I’m personally not a fan of fries so I didn’t end up eating much of it. I’m a picky critic when it comes to fries; I found the fries to lack flavour and very dry in texture. I will definitely be returning as their sandwich is really really good and I am looking forward to trying other things off their menu.
Outstanding for more reasons than just the food. Don't get me wrong, the food is delicious. The Reuben is packed with tender smoked meat and the roast beef has enough bite in the dijon to make your hair follicles tingle. But what stands out is the service. The owner and chef treat every individual that walks through the door with respect and care. The treated every customers that walked in like they were the first & last customer they may ever serve. My day is busy, so when I do manage to get away for a bite I don't want to sit in a room of tired people eating mediocre food served with disdain by people who just want to go home. It's a little out of the way but this sandwich in this environment is a little vacation in my week and worth the detour.
