This company is the worst! My dad and I called and mentioned to the guy over the phone, that our grass is dead and would like to replant parts of our lawn. All we need is dirt/soil to plant grass! They delivered next day a large of amount of dried brown mixed dirt that had small rocks and debris in it. I’ll tell you this is not dirt but construction debris! I thought it looked bizarre and assumed nothing of it, trusting this was good quality dirt since it’s directly from landscape company. We planted it and sprinkled the fertilizer, watered it daily and after all the hard work, no grass has grown just crazy amount of weeds, rocks and mixed materials coming up from the surface. For 2 weeks straight I get the same response from the receptionist we will stop by and nobody has called or stopped by to address our concerns!nNo grass grown just weeds! Now we have to remove all that material they gave us and buy real dirt and replant again next year!nScam company! Beware! Go to big box store
I’ve been working with this company for the past 4 years! I’ve never had an issue with this supplier. The team is amazing, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I fell on hard time after I lost money on a few projects, then COVID happened and I had to shot down my business, they were very understanding of my situation and I’ve been slowly paying them back on some materials that I owed them. Every time I go here, they are happy to see me and ask me how I’m doing etc. I love this place, they are ROCK STARS. Specifically KIM.
