We were a little disappointed in our recent trip. It wasn’t busy when we arrived. The barista had to ask multiple times for us to repeat our order, despite only ordering 2 drinks with no modifications. Our 16oz drink was served in a small cup too. We added on a kombucha, paid for it, and again the barista had to ask twice which flavour I wanted… but then never took it out of the display case to give to us. So we just ended up forgetting to ask for it before leaving as we were in a rush and had already waited awhile for our drinks. Otherwise coffee was good quality.
The service was fantastic. The young man who served me patiently went through my Google map attempts to find a place in an area unfamiliar to me. He never became impatient, never sighed, never rolled his eyes, and made the best Mango smoothie I've ever had. Highly recommend. Peaceful and serene ambience here.
I honestly never post reviews but I was really surprised by the service I received at my most recent visit. The atmosphere hasn’t been the same since the most recent ownership, it feels somewhat unfriendly. The customer service was unfortunately not great either. I asked for a tea I have gotten a few times since the current owners took over and the barista didn’t know which tea that was so I changed my order for him which honestly was no big deal I didn’t mind at the time then at about 20 mins to closing the place was still pretty full he came up to my friend and I specifically to let us know that they closed in 20 minutes. My friend and I felt unwelcome at that point so we made our leave about 5 minutes later, and in that time frame several people came and went and were not told they closed soon. Honestly I’ll probably still come back for take out orders but won’t be returning to sit in. :
Great tasting coffee, a good selection of teas and they now have oat milk. Selling a small selection of in-house baked goods of which I can attest to the cinnamon bun being worth a try. Also boasting friendly service and a young clientele, you might overhear some hot gossip.
Hailey the barista, creates lattes and macchiatos to perfection, at this easily accessible coffee house located in Regina’s north end. The baking is homemade and the Tuesday coconut buns are like a bite out of Hawaii. Stop in and support local!
Roca House serves its primary purpose very well... it's a very good barista coffee shop. The food is decent and the ambience is clean, modern with lots of natural light. Service is excellent.
Second time I have been in since Covid and both time the barista doesn't know how to make what is on the menu. This time a 16 oz order was served in a small cup and tasted like pure instant coffee. The server had to ask about 8 times for what we wanted and it was the special on their board. Terrible service, terrible coffee never going back.
Rich, dark, tasty coffee even when it's decaf. Great service. Nice atmosphere.

Very chill and comfortable environment! My friend had a sore throat and asked for something to soothe it and the lady made him a special tea blend to help him feel better! Excellent experience! New go to spot!
