Colony Coffee & Tea

Very unfortunate to find out Colony will be closing later this year; after more than 40 years in the Northgate. I will always have fond memories of getting great, flavored coffee from only here; long before it was available anywhere else in Regina. Yes, well before other big-name retailers came to Regina and certainly before the internet appeared. Farewell to a longtime friend!

Holt Mackerel. That girl behind the counter today was absolutely incredible. The Italian soda I drank today was mind blowing, and the mug selection was great. I think that this experience might go down as one of the most life changing, eye opening experiences i've ever had. Thank you Colony Coffee, and thank you to the girl working today.

It was one of my favorite places to go to. Last time I was there the woman decided to talk to her friend was more important than a paying customer. Finally she asked if she could help me. I asked about no sugar hot chocolate which they had before. Sarcastically she said can't you see it its right there and pointed to where the hot chocolate was. I'll wait until Christmas time to get some as they have a kiosk to one side where a friendly person usually is working. Poor customer service towards the walk impaired people. I have been looking for another place for no sugar added hot chocolate.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. The main lady who works there is rude, snarky and argumentative. My friends and I will not be going back here again. Tried to support a local business but the ladies at Starbucks in the same mall are much more friendly. Would definitely recommend them over this establishment.

Love this little coffee shop! It’s always my first stop at the Northgate mall. Great staff, great coffee made with top quality ingredients and I love the gift selection as well.

Will never be back. Was not aloud to use my reusable mug and was told it was an inconvenience to them. The worker misheard my order and was very snarky when I told her she had gotten it wrong. Tried going there to support a local coffee shop but will never be back.

You can't purchase anything under $3 with debit. The coffee is all under $3, so you can't buy a coffee from them with debit.

Love the highland grogg coffee... actually all their coffee is good

Good selection, however the "layout" is poor as it's difficult to find certain flavors, sales associate seemed ambivalent.

Staff very nice. Coffee is just ok.
