Their donuts are obviously incredible but the goat cheese scone I had today was NEXT LEVEL. Great coffee, top notch service - I will definitely be coming back!
Honestly, this place was the thing that made me love moving to Regina. Halfway between my house and the grocery store, the library is across the street, and it's a great excuse to pickup a book and drink some coffee while sitting on their picnic benches. Their croissants basically explode when you eat them, they are that crispy and divine. Definitely watch out for the apple pastry because I ascended onto another plain of existence after eating it.
After reading countless amazing reviews I was looking forward to trying Happy Hi. My croissant was so hard and dry on the outside. The inside was good. But I probably wouldn’t spend $5 on one again. The employee was really friendly though. I’d consider coming back if they have doughnuts.
Each time I visit Happy Hi I leave feeling happier and more content. The two-person owner team handcraft their coffees and treats sourdough cinnamon buns are legit awesome! with care and precision. Their emphasis is on the type of service we may not be accustomed to anymore: one on one. Taking the time to get to know their customers, they genuinely want to get to know you! Their roots run deep in this community as they first started at the Regina Farmer's Market and were well known for producing mouth watering donuts. Keep in mind that they are located across from a school, so the speed limit is 30KM/hour until 7pm!
If I could rate this 10 stars I would. They handcraft the freshest, flakiest laminated pastries I have ever had. The coffee is delectable. They make their own nut milk and syrups. Between the croissants, best lattes in town and their friendly service a visit to Happy Hi is the highlight of my weekend.
Love their donuts of the day!! My favourite ones are Boston Cream and Chocolate Crème Brûlée!
Sickest little spot. Locally started Dec 2017. Fresh donuts by their in house brand Dosi everyday. Really cool staff and team. No seating but worth the trip. GTWYC
Monogram coffee and delicious donuts. Large space, no seating just order and go, friendly people.
I'm a regular here, as this cafe holds its own against the big-city cafes I've frequented in Toronto or Montreal. Delicious goodies here with a rotating variety of savory and sweet offerings. Absolute dynamite croissants. Hands down best cappuccino in the city, and I love their tea and matcha drinks too. The owners are super friendly too, leaving customers happy alongside their caffeine high!
Seriously amazing pastries. The berry croissants are to die for. The doughnuts are amazing. The scone I had was amazing. The drinks I've had have been really great. And the owners are super nice. Support local, you won't be disappointed here.
