Went here for my first time and I was not disappointed. Leah did my nails and she did a great job; cuticles were nice and clean, nails shaped the way I like, and even application of the polish. Love me some basic white nails when they look nice and crisp She was also super sweet and even offered me a coffee

It was my first time getting nails done and Robson nails did not dissapoint me. The staff were amazing and so nice. Tracy did an amazing job with my nails. I didnt need to give photo reference because she understood what i wanted and did the job amazingly. It really feels cozy and nice there. DO give them a visit as it is so affordable with amazing service.Services: Manicure

Beautifully done! Came by today to do a new set for my acrylic nails and I have to tell y’all this was an amazing service by Tracy! She was so patient with my requests and so nice too: I am very satisfied and the price was very good too for the location and the quality of the nails! They just gained a loyal costumer! I have been coming to this nail salon for over 4 years now! I have tried other salons in my journey and they just dont come close to matching the same level of quality. Today was an exceptional experience, my nail artist Leah took such amazing care of me! I wanted to have a modern French manicure and she worked her magic with extreme precision. Leah is always consistent with her quality of work and has the most amazing nail art ideas. I always trust this salon and they have never ever disappointed me. Also, I would say one of the cleanest salons in Vancouver, I appreciate how dedicated they are to using new tools for each client and making sure everything is super clean!Services: Manicure

Been going here since 2020; absolutely love the service there! I’ve been to literally every salon in downtown and the prices are astronomical however I’ve found a wonderful spot in the heart of robson for a good price and amazing quality and service. Any of these lovely ladies would treat you with wonderful service; the artist for this set was from the beautiful Kate

Honestly, would probably give 0 stars if I had the opportunity to do so. Went in for a full set with a girlfriend today because we had heard some great reviews about this salon. Little did we know, we were about to receive the worst service. I’m very particular about my nails and if you’re paying for a service, don’t you think you would be too? This lady “Yen” that I had as my nail tech was not really quite grasping what I wanted. I provided her with references with the set that I wanted also explaining the shape. She began to show she was quite irritated over it and was quite rough with my nails. Filing down my natural nail as small as possible and nicking my skin around with the electric filer. I was being kind THE WHOLE TIME as I don’t like calling out when I’m not satisfied with something as my anxiety is quite high when it comes to that, but I did ask to receive reassurance that she was indeed going to do a long tapered coffin for my shaping. long story short, she didn’t. and as for the colour design, not how I wanted it to be either. at this point it felt like she was just rushing this whole thing as she did a really messy job. Providing what I wanted and what I got in photos down below. I will not be going back here and urge those that consider coming here to find another nail salon. I do NOT recommend Robson Nails & Spa.

Tracy did my nails and it was one of the best services I have ever had. Shaping was on point. I wished I didn't live out of town otherwise I would have her do them all the time. My nails were done 9 days ago and still look fabulous.

Dion did this full set for me. Firstly, I am very satisfied because the color dispersion is very nice and similar. In other words, the nails are perfect. Second, the price of the nail set is very cheap. Moreover, I received a perfect service all the time. In short, everything is perfect.
