Really bad customer service. They over charge and would literarily force you to pay. Been trying to overlook but today will be my last. TERRIBLE PLACE. The guy is always in a rush and add extra to your bills and yet complains through out the service. Surely not going back.

DO NOT COME HERE! Got my nails done today and it’s genuinely made me depressed! They done them TERRIBLY! They use the cheapest products and all my nails are uneven and then forced me to pay by refusing to let me leave! Please don’t come here

I have used this nail shop for a few years, I dont get my nails done alot, but last time I was here a couple of months back, I noticed it had gone downhill slightly, my nails were uneven, and cut the wrong length. Pedicure was done in 20 minutes including the polish. Felt very rushed even when wasn't busy at all. £35 for 20min of service is outrageousService: Pedicure
