Filling for bankruptcy can be a stressful situation. For many bankruptcy signifies a personal failing. My wife and I came into Robert's office owing tens of thousands of dollars in credit card debt and medical bills. With the minimum payments and high interest rates we saw an uncertain future in which our debts threatened to disrupt our ability to raise our family. We researched lawyers and decided to visit Robert Russell to see what he could do for our situation. Unsure of what to expect, Robert was very informative about the process and our options, he answered all of our questions, and made the process very easy. Our bankruptcy was not simple, and he worked hard on getting us the best result available (which was better then I expected). Today over a year later, our family is free from the overwhelming burden excessive debt becomes. We have begun the process of rebuilding our credit. Soon after our bankruptcy we were able to get a credit card, and we recently were able to secure financing on a 2017 minivan @ 5% interest, thus replacing our old vehicle which had begun to cost more in maintenance then it was worth. Our experience shows that bankruptcy does not signal the end of financial independence, but allows people to reset their financial future. Going to Robert was the best decision my family could have made! Our family's finances are in great shape thanks to the bankruptcy, and I would recommend Robert to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

The Law office of Robert Russell is very professional, yet also very compassionate. Robert seeks a positive outcome for you. When he attends court with you, you will notice how organized he is and his office staff are very supportive and professional and it really shows compared to other attorneys and their clients present.

I was actually referred to Robert Russell’s office and he was highly recommended. To start, everyone in his office from the person that answers the phone up to Robert himself, are incredibly patient and extremely helpful. From the several calls they took from me from the beginning to my first visit with Robert they were professional and made you incredibly comfortable. The situation you are in that put you there is already stressful and nerve wracking, but the entire time you feel that you are in good hands and that you can trust they have your best interests at heart. Robert himself is very easy to talk to and he is patient with any and all questions, especially considering I knew nothing about the laws or what to expect from the process. He took the time to break down all steps and what to expect in the process. He keeps a staff at his office of some of the best people I have ever come across. They were so professional, easy to talk to, patient and beyond helpful no matter how small or large your request. They took extra time and care with all procedures to make sure everything was done right. They always followed up in a timely manner and kept you on track with everything that you needed to complete. What started out as overwhelming was in the end taken care of with as much sensitivity to your situation as possible and also as well as taking care of the legal situation in a timely and accurate matter. As far as the fee’s, not only were they incredibly reasonable they worked with you in whatever way you needed that worked with your financial situation. With NO HIDDEN FEES! Robert is worth beyond what he charges, but worth every penny. To end, this was a pretty swift process but with 100% accuracy. In fact several months later when I was approached by an aggressive collection company who ended up being a scam, Robert was available and willing to step in to intervene and help make sure I was taken care of and that I understood my rights. I could go on about Robert Russell and his staff, but it is pretty apparent I was 110% satisfied and would even highly recommended him to any friends or family of my own.

There are not enough words to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Russell and his associates for making me feel extremely comfortable and confident that they have my best interest at hand. Their professional demeanor and the level of respect they show you from the beginning until the end, is phenomal. I can assure anyone who utilizes Mr. Russell that you are getting the absolute best representation that you can find in the NW. After my most recent experience, I will always use Mr. Russell. Monica

I recently found myself in a financial mess. I wasn’t sure what my options were or frankly, where to start. I called Mr. Russell’s office and made an appointment. When I arrived, everyone in the office was very kind. Throughout the process, Mr. Russell and his assistant were very reassuring and helpful. It was such a relief to put my financial troubles into someone else’s very competent hands! Mr. Russell and his staff are caring and knowledgeable, and really helped me through a very difficult situation. I would highly recommend their services.
