Story

Founded in 1980, Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch, P.C., is a full service law firm that provides superior representation to clients throughout southwest Washington and Oregon. A distinguishing, unique aspect of our firm that sets us apart from other law firms is our diverse and comprehensive array of practice areas. Amazing! Crystal is amazing! I have gone to her for multiple things and she has never lost a case of mine! I have never had to show up for court either. She has always been very professional with me as well. I strongly recommend this firm!

I tried to set up a consultation online and was never contacted back. Then I called and spoke with Trina. Before scheduling me she asked that I explain my situation, which she clearly did not want to hear anyways. As soon as I was done speaking she said they can't help me.

I contacted Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch, P.C. to deal with a family law case and was very fortunate to talk to Mr. Jeffrey J. Hatch. From the beginning of our conversation, Mr. Hatch explained in details about the case step by step. He went the extra mile to provide more information about the pros and cons. He was compassionate about my situation and he helped me go through this. His entire office were polite and helpful every time when I call his office. Thank you so much.

We engaged the services of Crystal Lewis for help in a delicate legal matter, and her handling of our case was both well-informed and compassionate. She gave us sound advice, explained everything clearly, and shepherded us through each step in a manner that was simultaneously kind and no-nonsense (and you do really want your lawyer to have a no-nonsense side--that's how you win cases!). 

While I hope that none of our acquaintances should need a lawyer for the same reason we did, I would not hesitate to put Crystal's name forward, or to recommend Marsh, Higgins, Beaty & Hatch.
