Me and my husband usually go to this clinic and we do not have no issues with the waiting. It will probably take up to 20 minutes. That’s the longest I’ve been waiting in the area fantastic doctor Jack such an amazing doctor please continue to keep up the good work..

My Mother goes here for care. The first issue I have had was with the doctor's bedside manner, but nonetheless; THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I have to call the nurse's line every time to get someone to get questions answered. Then once my mother got scheduled for a procedure after my aunt and I jumped through hoops to get her a closer appointment they didn't send the paperwork to get approval from the insurance. I called just now to verify my mother was vaccinated and nobody is answering probably because they close at 4pm. But honestly I have called first thing in the morning, afternoon all the time nobody answers that main number and that is sad.

i’ve been to many many doctors in my lifetime, and this by far is the worst one from poor scheduling and wait times, incompetent front desk staff, dirty floors, walls and patient beds. open rusted metal was easily accessible for my 1 year old. and to think they give people shots in this filth? doctors have low quality care service, don’t seem to care much about patient health after all.

The Clinic is fine but wait too long to see the Doctor and they has nasty nurses and Front desk clerk answer you so nasty!!!!

Never answer there phone. I went to do some blood test they don’t know what they where doing it’s was three nurses and they didn’t know what they where doing my arm was turning purple never going back there.they left my arm really purple and it hurts really bad still.

I used to take my mother there and I'll say everyone is friendly even the front desk security too. I'll recommend other people to go to this facility. The only thing is when you call the office they rarely picks up the phone, and sometimes I need to drive up to the office to ask them the question from the doctor or nurse. My lovely mother will give 5 stars but I'll give 4 stars.

Rescheduled me a month out for a filling now my tooth is infected go somewhere else

Today my mother went to robbins Clinic she had an appointment with Simon J pillar she was explaining to him about a pain on her hand which she had an operation on and it was a failure she was saying that if there any other solutions. When he screamed at her and told her that she should get an other doctor this is not tje first time this has happend the whole staff have a terrible attitude. I also go to that clinic and its the same thing i feel that if you dont have a patient then dont be a health provider.

I been taking my children here since 2015 and the wait is always over 2 hours. They also do not schedule your childrens appointments back to back if you’re bringing multiple kids at once.

This place is truly horrific. The staff are incredibly rude and don't have a hint of compassion in them. The doctors and nurses are the exact same way. The staff talks and gossips all day long at their desk while patients wait for a long time for them to even call their doctor/nurse. The waits in the waiting area are long and the waits to make an appointment are extremely long. Once you finally do get in the room with the doctor or nurse, they hardly talk to you and want you out in 15 minutes or less. They don't care about their patient's health or well-being. Despite visually sick patients, the staff will make you wait for a long time to even let the doctor know you are there if they even choose to see you. If not, they end up telling you to come back or make an appointment in months from then. All this occurs while the staff and nurses sit there and gossip very loudly right in front of sick patients waiting to see if they can please get someone to see them. This place is truly horrific and should not be allowed to call themselves a health care facility. The only reason why they get away with this behavior is because of the great need of sick, low-income minorities who can't afford decent health care. It's truly disgusting.
