Dr. Henry C. Fung Oak Park Oral Surgery, P.C.

Dr. Fung was awesome. Had 3 teeth removed in total. 2 Wisdom and one that was a casualty. I asked to be put to sleep. It was over in a flash. My gums were healed up in a couple days. Went in for a follow up and everything was just fine. The receptionist and the rest of his staff is awesome as well. A+

Great staff and oral surgeon ! The procedure was very quick and I was well attended. I will definitely be recommending this place to any one in need of an oral surgeon.

Great job by an awesome dentist and staff.highly professional and a leader in his field.office cleaner than a German hospital.do not hesitate to go here or, send family or ,friends.he can do the most difficult jobs so chances are yours are very easy. Anyone with anxieties about oral surgery, come here dr Fung will not let you down. Sincerely,mauricio corral

This is by far the worst experience I've had in a medical office. Staff was rude! The assistant stood at the doorway as the doctor examined my son, apparently he was taking too long and she was there to push him along and rush him through appointments. I gave them my insurance card and was also asked to pay cash incase the insurance didn't pay (I'm guessing they didn't verify my insurance prior to my appt as they should've), I was told I would get my money back once insurance paid... the insurance paid and still no momey back. I gave up after the 5th attempt. On my second visit Dr. Fung told me he couldn't do the oral surgery for my son, but whatever. A year later I'm getting a bill from them for that conversarion that took 5 minutes that could have been done over the phone. What upsets me is that I tried to get Dr. Fung to write him a referral to which he agreed to but I never recieved. So much for "I'm going to mail it later." I don't understand how they can run an office like this. I'm baffled by the lack of proffesionalism!

Dr. Was great. I was so scared and nervous and he definitely helped me over come my fear. Although he was great, his head receptionist needs an attitude adjustment. She definitely could use some more training in customer service!
