Doctors and nurses are always great. The people that are far from it are the ladies from the registration desk. They’re not polite, not attentive, don’t answer the phone, have bad attitudes, and downright treat you like they own the place. It’s unbelievably bad, you wouldn’t expect that sort of treatment from the doctors that’s for sure. 

I’m not saying all the people in the registration are bad because their are 1-2 ladies that do their job great, but of the bunch most are horrible. You won’t believe how much this place would flourish if those women were replaced by people who actually want to work and do their job the right way.

All of the reviews you read about the ladies at the front desk are very true. They are very rude but the doctors and nurses make it worth the visit

I love this health center. They are all very friendly, especially my doc. She is very thorough with her explanations and she answers them all without rushing me out her office.
