Real Canadian Superstore

Went to pickup some of the coupon pans today and the ladyused loosely crankily told me that they were sold out and it's while supplies last. The other two time I tried previously they didn't have ones I wanted. It didn't say while supplies last on my sheets. They said it was on the other part. OK I've saved up 4 sheets and the answer is too bad we're out. Feb 5, 2025 is the expiry date. How about some type of credit, rain cheque's or coupon.nShe called the manager and he couldn't be bothered coming down. He told to tell me maybe next week.nIf the lady seemed at all to care it wouldn't have been so frustrating.

I rarely shop here maybe a few items I usually just carry my shopping bag and put items in as I shop. Well as soon I walked in the store this security guard started following me and after a couple items were put in my bag he came up and demanded I empty the bag out and that I pay for the items before putting them in a bag. Completely unnecessary it was 3 items and it wasn't like I was going to walk out without paying. Anyways I checked with customer service and they dont have a policy against putting things in your shopping bag before you pay. I wont be coming back to shop at this stupid store ever again. And what's with that blackbird security? They only hire Indians???

Huge selection of just about anything you could possibly want makes this store convenient and popular. The constant short staffed registers is unfathomably inconvenient, as you can hear all the customers conveying to each other, in line. It doesn't matter the time of day, this HUGE store is consistently short staffed. Unless you're needing something store specific, I recommend going ANYWHERE else, unless you have nothing but time on your hands to stand in endless lines. Yes, 8am standing in line, 8pm standing in line... IT DOES NOT MATTER THE TIME OF DAY!

Not really wheelchair accessible the disabled parking spots are too narrow for a wheelchair, there is too few spots as well. The carts are also 50 feet away adding 100 feet to the distance required to walk. It is a violation of rights. Management also offloads the responsibility of compliance on the city and loblaws. A human rights case would need to be followed through on to get anywhere with these people.

Two wrongs never make a right. Was wrongly charged for some items on 12/31- I understand, could have been an honest mistake, but when I went to return/get refund today 01/01, was dealing with Mr. Darrel staff ID 420. My gosh, what a rude gentleman, talk about a fish out of water. He was terrible in his role as customer service representative. He, in his defence, checked with someone higher than his position, and I did get my refund, but, he just chucked my receipt at me after processing it. Talk about “in your face” experience. What a shame and how unfortunate. People like him are the face of the company, and yet judge others on face value.
