My fiance Jonathan and I hired Rob Burton in December 2016 to help us purchase a fabulous piece of land in St. John's that we could build our dream home on. While the transaction took a good deal of effort, time, research and dedication, Rob was certainly a perfect fit for the job and was with us every step of the way! He was very informative, helpful, patient, respectful, friendly, caring, communicative, humourous when needed and courageous and he went above and beyond to help us secure the land and get the transaction completed as quickly and smoothly as possible! He certainly worked very hard to close this deal for us and is extremely dedicated and very passionate about his career and it shows tremendously!!!! Anytime we had questions or needed his assistance he was quick to find the answer and was always there to help and to make the process as stress free for us as humanly possible! We can't thank Rob enough for working with us to help us secure that perfect piece of land! Fast forward to March 2018 and we are nearing completion of building that dream home and we still have frequent contact with Rob! With Rob, it's obvious our previous land sale was more than just a sale to him as we have continued that relationship. He frequently communicates with us for updates on the home, and courageously goes out of his way to drop us treats at our door during every holiday season, seriously grateful for that!
