Definitely 5 star. Sherry came highly recommended and she exceeded even those high expectations. As I live out of province, all contact was long distance with a very short window of time to see homes while in SJ. Sherry took the time to understand my needs, and lined up a action packed couple of days of viewings. Neither of us expected to find the right property on the first trip but we did. It ended up being a protracted deal due to vendor issues, but Sherry persevered and we got the price and concessions we needed. Sherry’s positive , assertive approach and willingness to do whatever has to be done is the attitude you want on your side of the purchase.

This summer, Sherry led the purchase of my first home as well as the sale of my parents' family home. Neither of these were easy feats. While the particulars are too detailed to describe here, suffice it to say that between the challenges of dealing with an anxious and persnickety graduate student with big dreams and a small budget, and a family dealing with the emotional upheaval of selling a home in which they'd lived for 35 years, Sherry had her work cut out for her. She met these challenges with panache and finalized both purchase and sale within months; we are thrilled with the results. Sherry's ability to get stuff done is only part of what makes her a great realtor. At times this year, my family's real estate journey was scary and sad. But Sherry's 'we got this' attitude was contagious -- especially when, amid the paperwork, we got news that my mom's metastatic cancer had recurred. This is when I learned that Sherry is the kind of realtor who hand delivers brand new cozy pajamas the night before a client's hospital stay. No single story can do justice to the countless reasons why Sherry is one of the most successful realtors in NL, but hopefully mine scratches the surface. Her patience, tirelessness, honesty, thoroughness, optimism, savvy, and thoughtfulness make Remax lucky to have Sherry on its team -- so too, is any client who gets to work with her.
