We love ordering takeout from riverside pizzeria. The meals are always delicious, with lots of options and hearty portions. The club sandwich and soprano pizza are family favourites.
Ordered calzone at the store on Saturday evening. Very busy, had to wait for about 30 minutes. Came surprisingly with big portions ; fries and dipping sauce of your choice. Fries were so good, crispy, the way I like. Not much meet inside the calzone, which you can choose 4 toppings. But for $15 dollars, it was good. I would like to go back and try something different from their menu.
We ordered the Santina pizza and it was decent. I also ordered the caramel apple cheesecake and it was a tiny sliver of apple pie with cheese topping. Definitely not what was advertised. Really disappointing for a $6 piece of cake. ** picture is after 2 forkfuls**
Ordered for the first time tonight and it was so delicious! Their pizza was even better than expected. Love the fact they put a garlic ball, instead of just a dough ball on top. Nice touch and tasty.
After moving to Ottawa we were disappointed with the pizza we had. All the pizzerias had very thick crusts as their regular pizza. The pizza was too dough-y. We then tried Riverside Pizzeria and were so happy! The pizza is amazing. The crust is just the right thickness. There are lots of toppings. Our favourite pizzas are the BBQ chicken and the Canadian. We also love the fries.
I recently moved to the area, and Riverside Pizzeria is my favourite place to order from! The pizza is delicious! the little dough ball they put on the pizza is like a little gift! The wings are great! I loved the Cinnamon balls! Im excited to try their pastas!
We just ordered beef nachos but it's disappointing. The poor quantity of meat does not justify the additional $3, if we had 5 small pieces of beef it was fine. The quality of their nacho has changed too. Looks like there has been a change of ownership, we were regulars and clearly there are a few things that have changed and not for the good. We loved their pizza, we will try next time to see if the recipe has changed, hoping not otherwise we will change restaurants.
This is our second go with Riverside pizzeria again delicious consistent cooked correctly, not rushed. I HIGHLY recommend this pizzeria to anyone. We have to drive out of our way to get it but it is ssssoooooo worth the extra distance. Do yourself a favour and but you next and future pizza's from them.
Ordered from here a few weeks ago and it was amazing. Just a medium meat lovers. I recommended this place so hard to people and then got a friend to order with me today for a celebration. It was the most disgusting pizza iv ever eaten. I was utterly shocked and embarrassed after hyping this place up so much. The garlic sauce has a sweet and uncooked garlic taste to it. The pop curds were severely undercooked, the wet breading was shlumping off leaving unmelted cheese curds. Plus the $10 box of cheese curds is tiny and had the dip in the middle, taking up a lot of space. The pizzas were so overcooked on the top, it hurt my mouth and the dough was undercooked on the bottom. We popped everything into the oven to warm it up and ended up throwing it all away. Genuinely confused at the level of consistency.
Love this place ! They have the best calzones I’ve had on Ottawa! They also have a really good Costco style fries. We order from here way too much now - but it’s just so good!!!
