Mr Mozzarella

I got a small Mr Mozzarella pizza and they absolutely loaded it! It was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. Their home-made garlic sauce is also some of the best around. The service was great! Everyone there was very polite and welcoming. I will be going back!

Placed an order online for an XL pepperoni thick crust, well done pizza for delivery at about 6:05pm. The price with delivery charge was 36 bucks. It arrived an hour later. The pizza had the thinnest crust I had ever seen... Looked like cardboard and tastes like a frozen pizza crust. I called to see if there had been an error in communication and was met by a very distracted man that for the following 6 mins told me the dough was the just made super fresh and something must have happened for it not to rise. I explained it tasted bad like cardboard and it was ridiculous that I had paid 35 for this he just kept saying no dont say that he doesnt know what happen and is it only the crust has risen? I again explained it tasted bad he then offered another pizza, I asked a thick crust? Or will it be made with the same dough, he said we have sold pizzas no bad reviews. I again said this was ridiculous and he again said dont say that. I said fine then bring me back my money...he then just stops talking. It isn't until my husband gets on the phone and asks whats going on and what happen, he immediately says oh it was made a thin crust and that he'll send out another pizza and if we arent happy with it he will refund our money, well the pizza arrived and it is exactly the same no money was returned. When I called to again because the pizza looked exactly the same. The man on the other end told me it was a perfect crust he even messured it. You tell me do either of these pizzas look like even a regular crust pizza on their reviews or menu? I am furious. Never again horrible service horrible pizza old yeast will make you sick.

Very tasty spaghetti! It was really filling. Their meat sauce is perfect. I go here frequently for lunch during the week and the staff is always very polite

**Edit** Came Back on 2022-11-07 as the manager had personally called to ask what she could do to make my experience better. She offered the exact same meal I had ordered, for free the next time I had gone in and let me tell you. Night and day. Pizza was really good. I will definitely be going back again. Thank you 2022-11-05: Girl at the register was very nice. Pizza was ok. Doughy crust and the bread has more of a cardboard taste. Cheese, pepperoni and sauce have a great taste.

"I mean it's alright like"... Got the mozzarella sticks and they were overpriced for what you get. Should get more sticks for that price. Slightly disappointed. I'll try ordering a pizza next time. Cheers

Ordered through UberEats. Pizza arrived in this state completely hard and cold and couldn’t be chewed.

Our most favourite pizza location in all of Ontario ....and we reside in the GTA Greater Toronto Area. So, this little pizza place in Nepean being the Best says a lot!! We've contemplated many a time to drive the 5 odd hours, just for a pie and even once joked on using uber eats to get it delivered. Our favourite is the fully loaded meat pizza. I'm sure it has a different name, but that's what I call and ask for. my half is without the bacon crumble. The fresh pie with the oooey gooey cheese is melt in your mouth good!!! ...and the garlic dipping sauce that I'm pretty sure is made in house... so so good!

Ordered from Monica for the whole shop on Sunday and everybody was happy! She helped us with the order which was very nice of her and it was tasty, good quality pizza. Thank you!
