Decent hot pizza at the airport. The staff were quite friendly and efficient. Pizza and a water was about 10 bucks. No complaints on the meatball slice I had. There were a full range of seasonings on the side. Also there are a mix range of soft drinks and juices and plenty of seating, with a view, around the corner.

To make pizza this bad, you almost have to be trying to ruin it. 10 minutes to take my order, staff were too busy getting themselves drinks and running in the back. Food was cold when served to me.

Stopped here to grab a quick slice before my flight and it turned into a 20 minute ordeal. Paid and upon getting the receipt realized I had been overcharged. When I pointed this out the cashiers solution was to try charging me a second time - this time with the correct price. When I pointed out that that wouldn’t solve anything she had to get a manager. He showed up and after realizing I had paid debit informed me he needed a different manager. At this point a server took my food back. Eventually I got my refund to make up the price difference and when they asked if there was anything else they could do I said politely that they could please give me the food I had paid for. I told the cashier that the server had taken it back. She went and talked to him and came back and said to myself and the manager that I had not given it back. By now I was losing my patience. I had been standing at the cash this whole time and clearly did not have a slice of pizza or drink with me. Eventually got it and it tasted alright but my god what an ordeal just for a quick bite. Wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible pizza. Now this place is called Union Pizza. So don't be mistaken. Not even near to descent. The best part of my meal was the coke. At least that tasted as what I paid for.

Only one star because you can't give zero stars. Wanted to actually get a something but they were "just out" of everything except the supermarket pizza sitting in the showcase.

You let your employees clearly wear Micheal Vick t-shirts??? Are you pro animal abuse as well? Disgusted. I'd fire that guy ASAP.

Friendly staff but pizza isnt the best... and being the main thing you would hope that is would atleast be decent. Rather have fast food pizza

If I could rate below 1 I would. I paid almost $30 for cardboard. Shame on the city of ottawa and the federal government of Canada for allowing this travisty to exist... Nice people though

Do yourself a favour take a pass on this place. Pretty awful pizza, which appears to be their forte, so I cringe at what the rest of their menu is like.
