Rivermark Community Credit Union - Progress Ridge Branch

I was referred by a friend of mine to open up a business account with Rivermark because of their simplicity in terms of technology (Having a personal teller kiosk communicate with you, to help out with basic checking & savings accounts needs, is pretty amazing). Having done business with Chase, US Bank, and Bank of America in the past, I immediately noticed a difference in approach. And it's this: the staff genuinely listened to my needs and considered my limitations as a small business owner. Lastly, the environment aesthetically and musically was delightful, which is important to me when I'm dealing with an already stressful work flow.

Really kind people are employed here. They have took care of me evertime I needed help. Really have never experienced such great customer service. I wish every establishment operated like Rivermark. Recommend to anyone doing any kind of finance.

After being a long term Wells Fargo customer I discovered Rivermark CU. The no-minimum checking for small business is a super deal. Its got online banking, it links with Quickbooks nearly instantly, and offers everything I could possibly need. I received my ATM / Debit card with my business name printed on it while I was in the branch opening the account! How awesome is that? It is a small location in Progress Ridge but I had an appointment with Carlinn Yi who was professional and answered all my questions. Everything worked out great. Normally I've got something to complain about, but nothing went wrong. They also offer kids accounts with electronic deposits, debit/ATM cards and everything, which is way better than Wells which only had an old-fashioned passbook savings (without online or ATM card) which made depositing checks and showing kids balances, using iTunes/Play or other e-payment impossible or problematic. I'm going to switch our accounts so they are all here. 5 stars.
