RiverFresh Wild BC Salmon products are available year round at great prices. We strive to provide locally harvested products that raise the bar for conservation, sustainability, traceability and quality.
We have been conducting "demonstration" commercial salmon fisheries in Kamloops Lake and the Thompson River since 2005.
RiverFresh is a trademarked brand name wholly owned and developed in the southern interior of British Columbia by the Secwepemc Fisheries Commission, the fisheries department of the Shuswap Nation Tribal Council.
A range of products is offered including fillets and steaks, as well as several types of smoked and candied salmon, made from local sockeye and chinook salmon. As well as other wild BC seafood like halibut, sable fish, ling cod, spot prawns, and ocean caught coho. Most products are vacuum-packed, blast frozen and available year-round; other products are in gold foil retort packages that do not need refrigeration.
