nnRivercrest Medical Clinic truly is a one stop shop for healthcare. From a sleep clinic to dermatology, excellent doctors, and even a pharmacy, you can get everything done in one place which makes things so convenient.nnThe ladies at the front desk are always so friendly and welcoming. They greet you with smiles and make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in.nnThe two doctors I see are Dr Mohammed Jomha and Dr Hammzah Jomha, and they are two of the best doctors I have ever had. My primary doctor is Dr Hammzah Jomha and he is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about his patients. You never feel rushed during appointments and he always takes the time to listen.nnI highly recommend Rivercrest Medical Clinic to anyone looking for great healthcare and an excellent team.I’m
Been going here for a few years. Every doctor we've seen has always been excellent. We usually do walk ins and the wait time has always been reasonable. I honestly have no complaints except maybe some of the receptionists could be friendlier.
Took my son to this clinic to check on his chest cold. We were met with very efficient admin people - all of which got us into an examination room within 7 minutes. The doctor, Dr Ibrahim, was super quick, patient and kind. He did a swab and asked us to follow up next week if it still persists. Highly recommended!
The doctors are good. Salem is great. The admin team tries. The systems, and management? DEPLORABLE! They answer 35% of calls. Good luck getting through. Ive been here for 10 years as a patient. In that time 100% of prescriptions they said they faxed did NOT arrive at the pharmacy. No exaggeration. ZERO prescriptions have just arrived at a pharmacy properly without me and the pharmacy needing to chance them down 2 or 3 times. Which is allot of fun when they don't answer the phone. As a business its remarkable they are still alive.
Rivercrest Medical Clinic is an absolute joke. I honestly don’t understand why they book appointments if patients are still left waiting over an hour past their scheduled time. What is the point of having an appointment if there’s no respect for people’s time? Overbooking seems to be a constant issue, and sitting there for such a long time with no communication or explanation is beyond frustrating. People have jobs, kids, and other responsibilities—they shouldn’t have to waste half their day waiting for a simple appointment. Very disappointing experience and definitely not the level of professionalism you’d expect from a medical clinic.
