I am new to the area and wanted to buy a pair of binoculars andnsupport a local business. The man who helped me was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. I am very confident in what he helped me choose. I have the best product for what I was looking for. As a bonus, the price was very competitive too!nThank you!

River sportsman is a one stop shop!! Knowledgable staff, great customer service and awesome selection!! If I had to make one suggestion, I think it would be that they carried a little bit more towards the self defence selection. But again, great place will definitely go back

Yes it's the salmon capitol of the world but don't be intimidated to go into the Sportsman. Seemed humble, knowledgeable, showed me what was hot, how to do it - every place in Nature is unique. I had to ask directly for service after browsing and immediately got it, as that is the culture here. They're not going to pester you like I hate. Prices were really fair for being somewhat at the edge of the world. Everything he told me worked unbelievably well.

Great shop to deal with, Bruce helped me out and set me up with exactly what i was looking for and was super knowledgeable.
