Story

The Music Plant is the oldest and one of the very last independently owned and operated music store's on Vancouver Island. For 29 years The Music Plant has been a proud dealer of large name brands in the music industry. Fender, Takamine, Guild, Jackson, Gretsch, Yamaha, Roland, QSC, MXR, Boss, Rapco, Ovation, Ernie Ball, D'Addario, Plectrum, Elixir, Dean Markley, DR, Sabian, Paiste, Vic Firth, Remo, Evans, Oscar Schmidt, Kala, Line 6, Shure, MXL. Are some of the major brands that we deal with on a regular basis, If we don't have it in stock we can bring it in for you in a timely manner.

We also have a wide selection of books ranging from P/V/G/ to Ukulele to theory and method books. We have one of the largest selections of piano and guitar method books on Vancouver Island. RCM, Bastien, Hal Leonard, Faber & Faber, Alfreds, Mel Bay, are the major brands of books we stock regularly. From Primer level up to ARTC.

Lessons are available in the following instruments in a variety of styles, Monday through Saturday.

All lessons are 1 on 1 with the instructor and is catered to each student's specific needs/goals.
