River Oaks RV Park-Campground

I lived there a couple of times. And I think it's a beautiful park..... My favorite part is the beautiful peacocks and occasional ducks, geese, chickens that come thru. The children who lived there also in the park loved it also cause they would feed them and/or collect the pretty feathers. Yes, the water is salty but it is also fine to drink. But over all it's a nice place to live. River access, boat dock, fishing, laundry room/tiny information building. Also the owner "Julie " is a very nice, respectful, and understandig woman.

Don't come rent here, the water is horriblely salty and will rot your hot water tank in no time

This place has rude noise tenants. That ate always in your business. its not a quiet place kinda routy and noisy. They keep raising the rent and can't even drink the water here its salty and brownish color.id say it wouldn't be a suitable place to stay due to the nosy tenants.

Our stay was awesome. Camped rite down on the cowlitz river and was able to fish from the dock.. very private . Was not what I was expecting out of a camp ground cus there is also an rV park up by the road.. but I will be stays again.
