Tidy, super clean. Staff is very attentive. Not pet friendly, but river rooms likely have an incredible view. Takes government rate, at least in October. Right in the next I'd the quaint downtown area, so you can walk to dinner.

Great location. Great staff. Awesome rooms. Located near so many cool old bars and shops. Can't go wrong! The staff was very accommodating:)

Nice room with wonderful view of the river and dunes. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast included is very nice. Staff are friendly. Easy walk to restaurants in Old Town. Would stay here next time we are in Florence.

We have a room with a private spa, I the corner of the building overlooking the river and the sand dunes, a better room we could not ask for. Staff is very friendly, upkeep is well done, cleanliness is obviously important to the staff. Breakfast is standard fare. Location in town is within walking distance to anything of note. Would definitely return.

Great place to stay in Florence. We love it here and we'll be back again. The rooms have been remodeled since we were last here and look really nice. Very friendly staff too. Our room is one of many that looks out over the bay with sand dunes across from it. Highly recommended!!!!
