Rite Aid

It's near my house, so I end up there a fair amount. Good deals on a lot of things, but be ready to spend a long time in line. The way the counter is set up is not efficient for more than one or two small items, so the clerks spend a lot of time shifting items from one place to another as they ring you up. I still shop there, but never if I am in any kind of hurry.

Absolutely terrible store. Asked to use the restroom, as a pregnant woman and it being an emergency, and was refused. Was treated like I shouldn't be there, I feel bad for who they must deal with, but it was unacceptable for them to tell me to "go around and ask other stores nearby". I also wasn't allowed to use my coupon, thru Rite Aid rewards that I got for my birthday, 25% off entire purchase. Will never come back, I've never experienced such a horrible Rite Aid or been treated so rudely. I will also be contacting corporate about my experience

Long wait time in pharmacy. Every single time. Will be using another pharmacy from now on. Can't find any help in the store when you need it . Not sure how this store that is always empty stays in business.

there's always someone screwing up my insurance information in the pharmacy and they treat all customers like the junkie customers who wander in constantly and make problems. They won't let anyone use the bathroom. A couple weeks ago I went in to get my rescue inhaler, I was having an asthma attack in the store for 30 minutes before they finally got my inhaler. Which was already filled and ready. The pharmacists are idiots.
