Rite Aid

I am very impressed with the Rite Aid in Barberton. I have lived her for 15 months. I had bad experiences with Rite Aid in the past, so I was reluctant to go there. Since it's so close to home, it was the most convenient option for my pharmacy needs. I shop here 2-3 times per week. The customer service is awesome. The pharmacy has been great. I choose to go to rite aid instead of walmart for basic items. I spend over $100 a month for non prescripting items. The store is well organized. The prices are reasonable.

Every time my Dr, or my children's Dr calls in a prescription it's never filled by the time I go to pick it up. I asked the gentleman who works there if I need to call rite aid after the Drs call in the prescription just to make sure they fill it so it's ready by the time I get there and he said no, it usually isn't like this, and they are just a couple hours behind. I told him this happens every time, and all he said was sorry and smiled. I will be calling a manager if it keeps happening. So frustrating especially when my kids are sick and need their medicine!

staff is very helpful and friendly especially the pharmacy they're great !!

Very clean store. Never many people working there though. Can be very quiet and pricey depending.
