I stopped in for the first time to this store, 581 Central Ave. Albany, NY. As I have had eye surgery and can't see well an employee, Loray took me through the store to shop. At the register Aishah helped me sign up for my Rite Aid account. Both ladies were polite, friendly and courteous. I will shop there more frequently in the future. They are to be commended.

This is for the pharmacy there's a woman that sounds a little manly that is extremely rude when I called to refill my sick baby sons prescription did not want to hear me was very very rude. She could not just listen to me and hear what I had to say.
