The first time coming here to their new location my boss and I decided to check out their breakfast. Wow the quality of the ingredients the presentation, the freshness, the flavours that were put together, you can truly tell that each dish is made with love. We have a great Friday to pick from on their menu not only for breakfast and lunch but also specialty Filipino dishes that I can’t wait to come back and try next. I will definitely be coming back here again as the service was prompt and friendly and the prices were fantastic as well. I am very happy to Support local family run business is like this. Give them a try!
Pleasantly surprised at the delicious brunch we had here! Service was friendly and food was tasty. I had the classic Eggs Benedict, and my husband had Garlic Beef and Rice. I quote enjoyed the eggs Benny being served on a waffle, and the potatoes were perfectly cooked crispy outside, soft inside. Great portions for the price point as well. We spent less than $50.00 with tip for two meals and two mango juices. Will be back!
The server was friendly and welcoming. It was our first time there and we ordered Filipinos breakfast. I dont usually finished my breakfast meal when im out eating at the western restaurant. But this time I devoured it all. The foods was really delicious and light. I love the roasted garlic rice, mango salad and the steak was well cooked. Thank you for the delicious breakfast and we will see you guys again.
My experience at Rise N' Shine Breakfast Place was a mixed one. The atmosphere of the restaurant was modern, and the staff were friendly but not that attentive. Upon first impressions, I was excited to try their unique Filipino breakfast dishes as they promised bold and interesting flavors. The food itself was quite flavorfulBeef Tapa, Siomai, Spicy Steak Benedict, the dishes had strong notes of various spices and seasoning which really gave it a unique taste. However, I was a bit disappointed with the portion size. Despite the strong flavors, I felt that the servings were on the smaller side, and that the cost of the dishes did not quite match the size of the meals. One thing to note is that the food was quite heavy, and after eating, I felt quite full and heavy. If you're in the mood for a hearty and flavorful breakfast, this place might be a good choice but you should be mindful that it could be a bit heavy afterwards. All in all, while Rise N' Shine Breakfast Place offers some unique and delicious Filipino breakfast dishes, the small portion sizes and heavy feeling after eating means it may not be the most cost-effective or comfortable choice for everyone. It's a great spot for those who are looking for a unique and flavorful experience, but if you're looking for something light, you may want to consider other options. Parking: Small parking space in the front, can be difficult to find a parking spot in front of the restaurant
Our forever Filipino comfort food place. Everything we've tried so far is ah-mazing!!! My personal fave is the beef tapa, it's just so flavorful and simply delicious! The salsa that goes with it provides a bite of freshness to keep you going through all the oil and fat from the tapa. Not to mention, their vinegar dipping sauce is to die for! My partner never fails to order the waffle foldover for dessert which is so much fun to eat together! Date day at RNS is always something to look forward to. We keep coming back for more!
We came here for brunch with the three of us and ordered a pork tocino Filipino style breakfast, breakfast burger steak, coffee and an orange juice. It was very tasty! We asked if we could have a boiled egg for our daughter because she loved egg and they gladly made us one :.
This place is very different. Not only does it offer reg bacon/eggs/bennies etc for breakfast but it also adds Phillipine breakfast which was amaaazing. I ordered the stripped beef with garlic rice and fried egg with a side of mango salad. I also ordered hand squeezed orange juice which was super fresh and delicious. My husband ordered blueberry pancakes, 6oz steak with garlic rice and side of hashbrowns. Sooooo good. Will definitely go back and i HIGHLY recommend this place. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because parking is slim & scary as its a small strip of concrete next to a really busy street.
I ordered French Toast and Beef Tapa. Very tasty breakfast. Super cozy atmosphere, nice staff, free parking at the door. Cheap +-$15 eachFood: 5/5
Compared to other Filipino Restaurants, this place serves Quality food. Their longganisa is not the same as you buy from Asian grocery stores, I believe this is house made. Their tapsilog is the best! And their rice is not soggy like others. Siomai should be my appetizer but I ate it with rice!! I will order from their North American menu next time. YOU GOTTA EAT HERE!
Flavour city here Hash browns not greasy but light and fluffy. Steak benny was spicy, so much flavour & on fluffy waffle, eggs perfection and fresh fruit. Nice man assume the owner cooking and serving breakfast. Good service. Clean restaurant. I'll be a return customer for sure!!
