This place met all my expectations. I’ve eaten many breakfast places and this has its unique taste and amazing customer service there. The guy served us was superb. We had the breakfast - it was delicious. Lots of potatoes and loved the eggs and Avocado. Giving 5 star because it was all around great. Inside the set up is unique and pleasant to sit. Thank you owners for doing a great job.
Wow wow wow. Very good place for breakfast. I think it’s my favourite out of the local spots people tend to hit. The one challenge is the downtown spot is so small your going to be waiting for a table. Thankfully there are a couple unique spots nearby to visit while you pass the time waiting. The ambiance and vibe are industrial and inviting. My experience was very memorable. Highly recommend as this spot stands out among the rest of its competitors.
It's a really nice place to have breakfast or brunch. I have had breakfast at other similar places, and the price-for-quality ratio here is really up there. I had a Huevos Rancheros, and it was really good. A rich balanced flavor, great textures, and a great combination of "traditional" and non-traditional ingredients. Benedict eggs were well made. The coffee was also a good surprise. It's better if you let them know in advance you're going since the place is rather small. It's cozy though. Me and my wife just walked in and they found us a table right away, but there were some people wanting to get in when we were heading out. The service was really nice and despite the place was full, the food arrived fast and hot. Great place. Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't take children here. It's a really nice place but it's small and seems to be very busy most of the time. The atmosphere is more casual and adult-oriented.
Great location, cozy seating, once the patio opens I think seating capacity will double. I had the brisket poutine which was delicious. Lady friend had the waffles and presentation was on point. The waffles themselves were not great, soft and a bit dense. Drink menu is lacking for anything espresso, still a great place for a date or small group. Not too kid friendly inside as it's tight seating. Will need to come back and try the French toast!
Not bad, but not my preference. I wouldn’t mind coming back again, but their menu options are not what I would usually go for. It felt a tad heavy to me, although I did find it interesting that they had yam wedges mixed in with the potato ones. Might need to try their dessert options next time.
Oh...my...god... Nearly worth the trip to Alberta alone - the french toast was perfection, and the brisket poutine was ah-MAY-zing. Mimosa of the day was spicy honey mango and damn was that good too will definitely be back if I'm EVER in town!
This place is EVERYTHING. Emily was the greatest with her fancy mimosa and the food was some of the most delicious I’ve ever had In my entire life. This is no exaggeration. The brisket poutine was amazing and the reverse French toast was divine. A++
Delicious food in a cosy cafe I ordered brisket hash. A perfect combination of brisket, egg and hash brown with tangy sauce and seasoning Small cafe with 6-7 tables and a kitchen beside the dining area. We went out from there with food smelly clothes. Our server was not very friendly but generally the experience was good. I'll go back again.
Second time here, and I'll keep coming. The staff is amazing, super kind and helpful. The food: Fantastic! The morning after breakfast is amazing, the brisket poutine is really good!
We came for breakfast on a sunny Monday morning in May. Put server Nathan H was quick, courteous, and helpful. The food was delicious and filling. Will definitely be back here again.
