Story

We offer warm and comfortable surroundings, delicious food and drink, and an exceptionally friendly staff. Our oceanside marine pub offers magnificent sea and mountain views. The dining ambiance is pleasantly casual and intimate, with seating available in a charming interior setting or out on the patio in the fresh ocean air.

Here at the Riptide, we are community minded and health conscious. Our focus is to present the finest cuisine and support local organic food producers.

It's a nice and comfortable place just next to the Discovery Harbour Marina. Lots of visitors in summer time so reservations could help.nTheir outside patio is quiet and relaxing with a beautiful view on the boats in the marina. They have a good choice of drinks and meals.nBut the icing on the cake is their staff. Our waitress Phoenix was unbelievable. She was very nice, accomodating and quietly looking after her guests needs. Both my wife and me never seen this genuine kindness with a great smile. Thank You so much Phoenix. Campbell River must be proud of people like You
Was recommended by the hotel clerk and did not disappoint. Makartnee was our server and did a great job with the jokes as we watched the BC Lions football game and had dinner and drinks.
Stopped in with my dad kind of late. We just made it. The staff was very friendly. Our food was really great. I love stopping here when I am visiting Campbell River.
Showed up close to the kitchen closing but it wasn't an issue. Had to keep getting the bartender to keep grabbing me things, he did them without making me feel like I was being a nuisance.nGood convo when he had the chance
