I ordered a happy meal and they forgot to add the fries, and a cheeseburger with no onions and they of course put onions on it and a another burger with cheese and they didn’t add the cheese to it. We also got drinks and they forgot to give us all of the cups and it felt like we had to beg for cups we PAID for but didn’t have reciepts because there was a printer error. There’s hardly anything in happy meal, yet they managed to forget one of the most important things and it wasn’t even that busy… so disappointing as I had already left because i was in a rush and couldn’t go back

We are happy that we are helped by Marc when the self check out machine is not working. He is patient and wonderful in attending to our orders. Despite the fact that the front of the house is busy, he managed to provide the best service to us.

There is a manager named jay. He is so rude. No manners of how to talk to customer. I was standing in the line and he just ignored me and just went back. I am never going to this branch of mcd the walmart one is far better than this. I would only come here once this egoistic jay will be fire. I hope mcd values the customer more and know what they want. A good employee who knows how to talk to customer and how to serve them.

I’d like to first shout out the “People’s choice manager” who doesn’t even know how to print a receipt and also doesn’t care to help when employees ask for it. Thanks to Gladys for being kind. Other than her, no one seems to care. They forget they have people inside the cafe and the one girl on the drive thru mic told us they had 4 types of muffins and after we asked for one of two types, she finally said they only had one in the entire store. Staff is a joke and they restaurant is more a homeless shelter than a playplace
