Ricky's All Day Grill - Campbell River

Used to be the only place I'd go, but the last few times have been sub par. I've asked a few friends and it's not just me. Sorry guys.

I love the wait staff here. They're friendly, quick and always checking on you. I've gone a couple times in the evening where I haven't gotten as great service but AM and Lunch are always a hit!

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with my last experience at this restaurant. After being sat and brought our drinks my companion and I were completely ignored despite the restaurant being quiet and only a couple other tables having people at them. We waited over 20 minutes to be acknowledged, while also trying in vain to get either of the waitresses attention. We ended up having to leave, before even being acknowledged. When commenting on the lack of attention and the long wait, the waitress then proceeded to lie to me saying she had been stuck up front when I had been watching them both going back into the kitchen and chatting several times. I am not usually the person to write bad reviews but I am so insulted that they would lie to me on top of being ignored. Highly unimpressed and do not recommend this location.
