I had a face wax done by Amy, and this was the best face wax I have ever had. She really takes the time and makes sure the pain is not bad. And she does a very neat job. She also did my eyebrows and it looks very good. Highly recommended it.

Staff was so nice pushing this to 2 stars instead of 1 but results were terrible. I have straight, thick and voluminous hair. I asked for a simple blowout. I left looking frizzier and worse than when I had walked in. I told my hair stylist to blow dry from the root and she didn’t know how to reach my root… during a simple blowout. I walked out looking with hair similar to Hagrid from Harry Potter.  If you have textured, curly or thick hair- you might want to skip out on getting your hair done here. I also saw the staffs reaction when I was paying- it was quite obvious that they knew my hair looked terrible for a simple blowout. I went home and re did my hair -worked out great in the end!Service:&nbsp;Blowouts

They take wonderful care of my 9 year old daughter who got a very drastic hair cut. They make her feel so great! Our new favourite spot for her! And I'll need to book myself in soon too!

Every time at Rinaldo is a great and very relaxing experience!  Staff are friendly, the place is clean, parking is good and of course, my hairdresser, Sonimol is very good! Honestly it’s been a few years and I came across the page didn’t want to write a negative review but I think every client should be aware of this salon and try to avoid it at all cost. I dyed my hair blonde and it turned out amazing expect I wanted a shadow root that I came back to fix no issue. After I wanted a straightening treatment the lady reassured me multiple times that it’s safe on the hair it’s safe for bleached hair etc. fast forward the next day and my hair ended up in a huge knot like a bird nest. I was asked to come in and when I did the manager made it seem like it was my fault that this happened to my hair even though the hair dresser assured me it was safe with bleached hair. The manager saw how bad my hair was and kept trying to down play it and offered to do a deep conditioning…after trying to argue with her telling her deep conditioning won’t work she told me to get off the chair and meet her at the desk. She pulled me aside so her other customers would not be able to hear or see the situation told me that she was going to refund me and I was banned from coming back… At the end of it I had to cut off HALF MY HAIR. Very disrespectful banning someone after you RUINED there hair acting like I was the problem…..don’t worry I was never going to come back after that whole situation.  please be aware there are a lot of other salons out their that are priced better with better customer service. This happened at the Rinaldos in Manotick and for years I accepted the narrative that it was some how my fault as time went by I know that it was wrong the way you made me feel embarrassed even though your salon ruined my hair and in that exact moment of embarrassment shame and sadness that my hair was destroyed you still had to kick me while I was down and ban me from the salon after such an awful situation that I had to endure

I went to this place to get my haircut and take a break from my "local barbershop". The place itself is very nice and elegant looking. The barbershop portion equally as nice. My barber was Leo. Very nice guy and great at what he does. I am very happy with my haircut and it was a fair price as well. I'll definitely go back.

Rinaldo hair designers is clean & tidy alright. This time I went for my roots colouring & blow dry appointment. My hair stylist was very reserved, not friendly at all. She didn’t clean extra colours left on my face & neck areas!  She didn’t explain anything about their pricing policy for long hair! I was surprised to find out at the checkout counter that I should pay extra $20.00 for my long hair. I knew Rinaldo’s rate was higher than other hair dressers but I was surprised & shocked to get this overcharge for my long hair. I always have long hair but it is the first time ever someone charged me extra for it. I feel it is unfair & discriminatory!Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling
