Dawn was legit the most helpful person I’ve ever met. Not only did she legit teach me about my hair, but she told me abt products that might benefit me. She walked me through absolutely everything. Don’t go here for colour, Terrible! I saw Dawn and went in for a dye refresh, we talked about an hour before I made an appointment about red dye leading me to believe she actually knew what she was doing. I normally have bright red hair and even showed her pictures. She mixed the red with blue and it became muddy, it’s brown now. I hate it I’ve literally been crying about it and now she’s ignoring me. To top it off she forgot our appointment and I waited an hour and a half even though I had an appointment. I really should have just left.

It's now been over 7 years since I've been getting my hair done with Adil Jabbany, and I always leave with an amazing hair style that I love! Can easily say the he is best hair stylist in Ottawa. With no doubt, I refer him to anyone I know that needs a hair stylist, he's super talented, experienced and cares for his clients. His styling is modern, trendy and delivers exactly what I want & more. Congrats on the beautiful new salon, well deserved!
Awesome salon. Adil the owner does amazing color and layers. My daughter and I both have a lot of hair and are very fussy but he did a brilliant job on both of us. Great atmosphere, music, staff, and very reasonably priced!
I always have a great experience here. Adil and his staff are amazing stylists and provide a very welcoming environment. They're professional, attentive and genuinely care about finding a style unique to you. The coffee bar is a nice touch too. I can't see myself going to any other salon in Ottawa again.
I have been coming to this Salon for almost 2 years now. Saw a recommendation on Facebook and did some research. I can’t say enough great things about Adil and his Salon. I have thick curly hair and I judge a hair dresser by his blow drying skills. Adil nails it every time. His cutting style is amazing. I often go in and tell him to do what he wants and I have never left disappointed. In fact, I always come here when I want to feel better about myself. The salon is always clean and looks beautiful. He is attentive and really takes care of each customer. I would highly recommend Jabbany Salon.
